Setting up an Account
The quickest and easiest way to buy your products from VinsHealth is to register an account with us.
If you are a new Vins Health customer you can register your details by either visiting the Customer Registration form directly or by following the instructions for new customers in the Customer Login area.
Simply complete the registration form and click ‘Continue’ to create your new account. Now, each time you proceed to the checkout you will only need to enter your email address and password and the system will remember your details. You are able to add a new delivery address or change your delivery address at this stage.
If you are an existing Health Monthly account holder you can access your account quickly and easily by entering your email address and password in the Customer Login area. The system will automatically remember your account details but NOT YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS.
If you have forgotten your password simply click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Placing an Order
Ordering online at Vins Health is as easy as 1-2-3:
- First, browse through our catalogue for ideas and inspiration, or find the product you are looking for by entering the product name in the search box at the top of the website. (For example, by typing in the search term "Vitamin C" you will be able to choose from list of results that includes all Vitamin C products).
- Once you have found the product you are looking for, simply click on the item for more details and to view a larger image of the product.
- Finally, select the item(s) you would like to add to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout.
It's that easy!
If you prefer to order by telephone just call us on +44 29 2009 8161, with your payment details to hand, and we will take your order. We're open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm GMT.
Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem discount. Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders to add the discount after they've been placed.
Please note that only one code can be used per transaction. Multiple codes cannot be applied to your purchase. Clearance and Sale items are exempt from discount codes and will not be further discounted. Discount codes will only apply to full price items.
Canceling My Order
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please Contact Us as soon as possible, ensuring you select 'Cancellations' from the 'Department' drop down box.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it is moving to dispatch.

We accept all major credit cards including Switch, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and Delta. We also accept PayPal payments. If, for any reason, Health Monthly cannot process your payment details we will notify you by email within 24 hours.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. If on the rare occasion an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items first and any remaining out-of-stock items will be dispatched on the same day they are received in our warehouse.
