Return & Refunds
Vins Health unconditionally guarantees the quality of the products it sells. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product, or there is a problem with your order simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery and we will refund your money or re-send the item as appropriate.
You may return any unopened product purchased from Vins Health within 14 days of delivery for a full credit refund. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Vins Health.
When returning an order please include the following in your package:
- The unopened items you are returning in their original packaging.
- The original sales invoice, with the relevant items and prices circled.
- Please also write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice.
Refunds are processed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays). We will make every possible effort to refund returns and cancellations received at these times on the same day. Returns and cancellations received outside of these times will normally be refunded on the next working day.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 3 business days. If the original method of payment is no longer available or active, then a credit note will be issued for use on VinsHealth.co.uk.
We are currently unable to offer refunds in BitPay or any other currency for Bitcoin Payments. We will of course provide a credit note for any issues, to ensure your custom is honoured. We will update this policy once we have fully-automated systems developed for Bitcoin refunds.
Clearance & Dated Products
Products that are in the clearance category and those which are marked as dated (with the expiry date clearly displayed in the title) have been greatly discounted. All sales of these products are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for these. Items are considered short-dated when there are less than 3 months shelf-life remaining.
When returning your order please enclose the sales invoice and item(s), wrap the package securely, and send it to:

We are unable to refund items lost in transit, so for your protection please use Recorded or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Return Shipping on PayPal

How does it work?
- Activate 'Return Shipping on Us' in your PayPal account.
- Place your order on VinsHealth.co.uk using PayPal to pay.
- If you decide to return a product, simply pay for return shipping and then submit a claim to PayPal, with proof of PayPal purchase and proof of return shipping costs.
- Once your application has been approved, PayPal aims to send a refund to your PayPal account in 10 days.
